Job summary

Cooler Master USA is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support deployment, installation verification, routine commissioning, and field repairs of liquid cooling systems. You will work under supervision to ensure reliable site execution, accurate records, and smooth customer operations.

The role serves as an entry point for qualified internal manufacturing, quality, test, and production technicians, with travel across North America up to 50–70%. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on technical experience in manufacturing, equipment testing, maintenance, installation, repair, quality, or field support.
• Ability to follow written procedures and accurately document work.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read simple diagrams; willingness to learn CDU operation.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment receiving inspections, installation readiness checks, hose/fitting inspections, basic assembly and replacement of service parts.
• Assist with CDU-side fill, air purge, leak checks, startup, and commissioning under approved work instructions.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, filter changes, visual inspections, and basic sensor/alarms checks.
• Collect readings, photos, test results, serial numbers, logs, and service history; complete checklists and service reports.
• Elevate complex control, electrical, hydraulic issues to an FAE as needed.
