Job summary

CoolIT Systems, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a Field Service Specialist to support deployments, maintenance, and training of Direct Liquid Cooling products globally. The role includes remote work flexibility and on-site support for customers and data-center technicians, with extensive international travel up to 65%.

You will collaborate with service teams to troubleshoot, document findings, and ensure compliance with EH&S standards.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Service Specialist or equivalent technical role with project workflow experience.
• Red Seal/Journeyman Certification in pipe trades (Plumbing, HVAC, Steam Fitting etc.).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); document work per processes.
• Valid driver's license with a clean abstract and a valid passport (international travel eligibility).
• Capable of frequent heavy lifting (up to 150 lbs) and remote work setup.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; training delivery to customers and staff.
• Mechanical/Electrical background with ability to understand control systems integration and programming logic.
• Experience with FSM software platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
• Commitment to high standards of service and professionalism.
