Job summary

CoolIT, an Ecolab Company, is hiring a Field Service Specialist to support deployments, maintenance, and remote assistance for Direct Liquid Cooling systems in global data centers and HPC environments.

You will travel internationally up to 65%, perform on-site installations, conduct preventive maintenance, read blueprints, and train customers and staff. Strong English skills and Hydronics expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Service Specialist or equivalent technical role with project workflow knowledge.
• Red Seal/Journeyman Certification in pipe trades (Plumbing, HVAC, Steam Fitting) preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Technical Cooling System Loops and hydronics.
• Experience in mission-critical environments is required.
• Proficient with different pipe materials and joining methods; able to document work per processes.
• Strong written and spoken English communication; valid driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site and remote installations of CoolIT products.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on direct liquid cooling systems.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings as required.
• Provide technical support to end-users and on-site technicians, including Tier 3/4 data centers.
• Deliver training to customers and internal staff, in-person or remotely.
• Coordinate service visits and complete accurate service documentation.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S regulations and service processes.
