Job summary

CoolIT, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a Field Service Specialist to support deployments, maintenance, and on-site or remote installations of CoolIT products worldwide. The role includes delivering training to customers and technicians, coordinating field service visits, and ensuring documentation and testing records are completed accurately.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a technical field service role, a Red Seal/Journeyman certification, strong knowledge of cooling system loops, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Service Specialist or equivalent technical role
• Red Seal/Journeyman Certification in pipe trades
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Technical Cooling System Loops
• Proficient with various pipe materials and joining methods
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clear abstract and a valid passport
• Able to travel up to 65% internationally
• Background checks required and immigration sponsorship not available

Responsibilities

• Support deployments, maintenance, and field support of CoolIT products
• Deliver training to customers and service technicians
• Coordinate field service visits with end-users and Authorized Service Providers
• Document service activities and testing records
• Travel up to 65% internationally
