Job summary
Cooler Master USA seeks a hands-on Field Service Engineer to support deployment, commissioning and service of high-density liquid cooling solutions across North America. You will install, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment at customer facilities, travel extensively, and collaborate with Engineering and Operations to improve product reliability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical discipline (mechanical/electrical/engineering technology).
- 3+ years in field service, commissioning, or similar roles.
- Hands-on installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance experience.
Responsibilities
- Install, commission, start up and maintain liquid cooling systems and CDU equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical and system-level issues in the field.
- Provide first-line field support during customer escalations.
