CoolIT, an Ecolab Company, is hiring a Field Service Specialist to support deployments, maintenance, and remote assistance for DLC systems globally. You will read blueprints, provide technical guidance, and train customer staff, while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar technical field, Red Seal/Journeyman certification, and willingness to travel internationally up to 65% with a hybrid/remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a Service Specialist or similar technical role with project exposure.
• Red Seal/Journeyman certification in pipe trades; hydronics preferred.
• Strong knowledge of technical cooling system loops and configurations.
• Experience in mission-critical environments.
• Proficient with pipe materials and joining methods; able to document work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Perform on-site and remote installations of CoolIT products.
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on direct liquid cooling systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings when required.
• Provide technical support to on-site technicians and End-User teams.
• Deliver training to customers, service technicians, and internal staff.
• Coordinate field service visits and document service reports.
