Qualifications

• 10+ years in enablement, L&D, PMM, or related roles across multiple customer-facing functions.
• 5+ years leading and developing high-performing teams across regions.
• 5+ years in subscription/SaaS with scale-enabled GTM experience.
• Able to own enablement for both top-of-funnel and closing/post-sale motions.
• Strategic leader with global focus and cross-functional influence.
• Globally minded, balancing central and regional autonomy.
• Exceptional relationship builder in a matrix organization.
• Strong coaching skills and focus on sustainable behavior change.
• Clear point of view on GTM tech and AI-assisted enablement.
• Experience partnering with Revenue/GTM Ops to align systems and data.

Responsibilities

• Own the enablement KPI framework and partner with GTM, Product, and Marketing to build a shared roadmap.
• Design and deliver enablement across the full customer lifecycle from pipeline to renewal.
• Build playbooks, battlecards, and talking points to extend the Klaviyo Sales Methodology.
• Lead product launches and Field Kickoff planning with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee the enablement tech stack and standards for its use, including AI tools.
• Develop coaching and reinforcement systems to embed new behaviors.
• Collaborate with Ops to streamline GTM processes and forecasting accuracy.
