CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, is seeking a Director of Field Enablement to define and operate a scalable enablement charter that equips Sales, Customer Experience, and GTM teams to consistently deliver for customers. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for mechanisms, programs, and tooling that improve seller productivity, shorten ramp time, and drive predictable revenue outcomes.

• 10+ years leading field or GTM enablement or sales enablement initiatives.
• Evidence of building scalable enablement programs in fast-growing environments.
• Ability to influence executives and drive data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and operate a scalable field enablement charter aligned to GTM priorities.
• Own onboarding, certification, and continuous learning mechanisms.
• Partner with CRO and cross-functional leaders to close capability gaps.
• Build playbooks, sales motions, and field content to improve in-market execution.
• Define enablement metrics tied to ramp time, attainment, and win rates.
• Lead and develop a high-performing enablement team.
