Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Director of GTM Field Effectiveness to lead a team responsible for building and scaling go-to-market capabilities across sales, customer success, services, and partners. This player-coach role will directly manage GTM Field Effectiveness Managers while staying hands-on with field work.

You will drive enablement across sales, CS, services, and partners, partner with the broader effectiveness team, and champion AI-driven selling and coaching practices at the field level.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in go-to-market-facing roles, with a foundation in sales or customer success
• 3+ years in enablement leadership with direct people management experience
• AI-native mindset with a point of view on AI tools in GTM work
• Strong program architecture, content design, rollout, and measurement skills
• Clear, executive-level communication with ability to influence across matrixed orgs
• Data-literate approach to prioritization over activity reporting

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and develop a team of GTM Field Effectiveness Managers across sales, customer success, services, and partner channels
• Translate go-to-market strategy into field execution and activate programs
• Lead AI fluency initiatives and drive AI-assisted selling, coaching, and productivity on the ground
• Own field communications, training programming, and content for each GTM segment
• Represent field needs in learning program design in partnership with Learning & Skills team
• Coordinate with leadership to align on capability gaps and present GTM enablement in executive discussions
