Satair is seeking an Export Trade & Compliance Manager to join our U.S. Export Compliance team in Boca Raton, FL, with responsibilities spanning screening, licensing support, data management, and cross-entity coordination.

The role requires a strong grasp of EAR regulations and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in export compliance, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with SNAP-R, EEI/ACE, and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in export compliance or a related field.
• Licensed Customs Broker preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily Restricted Party Screening (RPS) and document results.
• Track shipment holds; gather End User Statements and ECCNs.
• Review EEI filings for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with export license applications via SNAP-R and monitor status.
• Maintain export control documentation and master classification database.
• Coordinate multi-entity compliance across sites.
• Maintain audit trails for classifications, licenses, and shipments.
• Lead site training logistics and monthly compliance calls.
