onsemi seeks a seasoned Export Operations Supervisor to lead global export compliance initiatives, overseeing EAR/OFAC compliance, AES filings, ECCN determinations, and licensing processes. You will drive program development, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration with logistics, legal, and engineering teams.

The role requires 10–15 years in export controls, strong leadership, ERP expertise (SAP/Oracle), and a track record of improving compliance programs in high-tech industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10–15 years in export controls/global trade compliance.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing corporate export compliance programs.
• Advanced knowledge of EAR, BIS, OFAC, FTR, ECCN classification methodologies.
• Proficiency with AES filing, EEI reporting, and export licensing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and ACE reporting.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project-management skills.
• Experience in semiconductor/high-tech industries preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise daily export compliance operations for U.S. and global shipments.
• Develop and maintain an export controls compliance program aligned with EAR, OFAC, and other regulations.
• Serve as primary SME for export control matters across the organization.
• Manage AES filing processes and EEI submissions.
• Review Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCNs) for products and tech.
• Support export license determinations, recordkeeping, and licensing conditions.
• Develop export compliance procedures, work instructions, and internal controls.
• Collaborate on restricted party screening program development and reviews.
• Partner with logistics providers and government agencies on export matters.
• Lead internal audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for export compliance.
• Train and mentor compliance teams and stakeholders.
