A leading compliance solutions provider is looking for an Export Regulatory Trade Compliance Specialist in Dallas, Texas. The role requires expertise in export regulations and compliance, particularly within the aviation industry. Responsibilities include managing licensing processes and ensuring adherence to regulations like ITAR and EAR. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in international trade compliance. A strong knowledge of SAP/GTS systems is preferred, alongside excellent skills in MS Office Suite.
Qualifications
Experience in aviation aftermarket supply-chain management services and compliance.
5 years of experience in International trade compliance.
Knowledge of foreign government export controls is preferred.
Responsibilities
Administer existing licenses and apply them to shipments.
Oversee compliance with export regulations.
Manage and audit licensing processes.
Skills
Knowledgeable about export regulations such as ITAR, EAR, 600 Series
Familiarity with DOS/DOC licensing lifecycle and auditing
Aircraft industry experience
Experience with SAP/GTS systems
Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables and V-Lookup
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
