Celestica Fort Worth, TX seeks an experienced Specialist to lead export compliance, drive TCP programs, and ensure adherence to Global Trade Compliance policies. You will classify products, manage licensing, and support cross-functional teams in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

The role requires deep EAR knowledge, GTS proficiency, and ability to deliver training and improvements across the site. Strong collaboration with logistics and engineering is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires strong background in EAR export controls and global trade compliance.
• Experience with classification of products, software, and technology under EAR.
• Ability to develop, deliver and maintain trade compliance training for site teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead Export Compliance Program for Fort Worth, Texas site.
• Ensure adherence to corporate Global Trade Compliance policies and procedures.
• Develop, implement and maintain site processes for trade compliance.
• Drive and maintain site Technology Control Plan (TCP).
• Perform classifications against HTS, Schedule B and ECCN.
• Manage GTS Blocks for export transactions (SPL, Embargo and Legal Control screening).
• Assist business and Logistics teams in troubleshooting blocks and data issues.
• Manage requirements for Export License applications.
• Perform Export License Determinations and License Exception eligibility analysis.
• Manage and implement controls for intangible technology transfers.
• Generate export documentation as needed.
• Manage AES/EEI filings accuracy.
• Manage End User Statements (EUS).
• Deliver trade compliance training to ensure regulatory awareness.
• Raise issues to Global Trade Compliance; participate in audits and corrective actions.
• Generate trade compliance reports and KPIs.
• Apply EAR to business operations and R&D activities.
