Job summary

Unical Aviation, a Satair company, seeks an Export Trade & Compliance Manager to lead export controls and regulatory research across U.S. sites, including Boca Raton.

The role requires managing screening, licensing, and data integrity to ensure EAR compliance, with liaising responsibilities to the Export Control team. Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive, and ready to handle a broad portfolio from screening to long-term project support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in export compliance, international logistics, or a regulated role (aerospace/defense preferred).
• Licensed Customs Broker (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Screening: daily Restricted Party Screening for suppliers and partners using compliance tools
• Shipment clearance: act as first line of defense for shipment holds and ECCNs
• EEI & ACE management: review EEI filings for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Licensing & regulatory support: assist in license applications via SNAP-R
• Classification: support CCATS process with supplier data and master database
• Recordkeeping: maintain internal documentation and audit trails across licenses and shipments
