Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant to two directors within AWS Forward Deployed Engineering. You will partner with leaders and other EAs across regions to manage complex calendars, travel, and critical administrative tasks.

The role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to navigate fast-changing priorities in a global, customer-obsessed environment. You will coordinate with several teams and ensure seamless execution of meetings and programs.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of senior level leadership support or 1+ years of Amazon experience
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience with executive level calendar management

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex calendar and scheduling across multiple time zones for Directors
• Coordinate global travel bookings for a distributed organization
• Handle expenses and prepare documentation for meetings and presentations
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks and logistics across multiple teams and regions
