Job summary

You will partner with leaders, fellow EAs, and business partners across regions to manage a fast-paced, confidential workload with precision and discretion. Key duties include complex calendar management across time zones, travel logistics, expense reporting, and supporting presentations and meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience.
• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience with executive level calendar management.

Responsibilities

• Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
• Managing travel bookings for a globally distributed organization with active customer engagements.
• Handling expenses, multi-tasking during ad hoc projects, preparing documentation for meetings, assisting with presentations, and day-to-day administrative tasks for the Directors.
• Coordinate logistics for customer-facing engagements, leadership reviews, and cross-functional activities across multiple groups.
