CooperVision is seeking an experienced equity compensation administrator to support day-to-day operations of global programs, including ESPP and equity awards. The role emphasizes data accuracy, SOX compliance, and collaboration with payroll, legal, finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate reporting and timely disclosures.

Responsible professionals will handle Section 16 filings, governance materials, and ongoing process improvements in a fast-paced, controlled environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting global equity compensation programs.
• Experience with equity administration platforms and transfer agents.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and compliance with SOX.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day administration of equity programs, processing awards and other transactions.
• Respond to employee inquiries with clear, timely service.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, finance, tax, HR and external vendors.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc equity reports for internal stakeholders.
• Assist with Section 16 filings and other equity disclosures.
• Maintain integrity of equity data in the administration system.
• Support ESPP enrollment and quarterly purchase processes.
• Assist in preparing equity materials for Board and Compensation Committee.
