Job summary

Skillsoft is seeking an experienced Equity Plan Administrator to manage global equity programs and related reporting. This role partners with Legal, Human Resources, Payroll, Tax and Finance to ensure accurate data and compliant filings, while serving executives and employees.

The ideal candidate will handle RSUs, PSUs, stock options, SOX controls, and global reporting, coordinating vesting, tax withholding, and external vendor relationships to support business results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of stock plan administration experience.
• Hands-on with Equity Edge Online; exposure to Workday, EDGAR Next, and transfer-agent processes preferred.
• Advanced Excel and data reconciliation skills with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Administer Skillsoft's equity plans and awards (RSUs, PSUs, stock options) from grant setup to termination processing.
• Maintain complete equity data in Equity Edge Online and other systems; reconcile activity with approvals and records.
• Coordinate vesting events, validate market value, withholdings, payroll reporting and share issuance.
