Job summary

Cloud Software Group seeks an experienced Senior Architect to own technical strategy for strategic Net New opportunities across the Americas and international markets. You will partner with account executives and leadership to develop opportunity plans, lead deep technical discovery, and translate complex requirements into Arctera solution architectures.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise technology experience in architecture or senior technical roles.
• Proven experience leading global B2B SaaS sales cycles and net new customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of modern SaaS, cloud and hybrid architectures, including APIs, IAM, security, data architectures, and enterprise ecosystems.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of information governance, data protection, regulatory requirements, and compliance.
• Ability to communicate complex architectures in business terms; willing to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy and win for strategic Net New opportunities across the Americas and International markets.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales leadership to develop technical opportunity strategies.
• Lead comprehensive technical discovery across customer objectives, regulatory requirements, data landscape, architecture, security, integrations, and outcomes.
• Translate customer requirements into end-to-end Arctera solution architectures spanning products, capabilities, data sources, and integrations.
• Position platform capabilities and demonstrate how multiple solutions address business, governance, and data challenges.
• Lead architecture workshops, solution-design sessions, and executive-level technical discussions.
• Provide technical leadership and enablement to Solutions Specialists and other technical resources.
