Job summary

Cloud Software Group seeks a senior technical leader to own the technical strategy and win for strategic Net New opportunities across the Americas and international markets. You will partner with Account Executives to map customer requirements to end-to-end Arctera solution architectures, spanning products, data sources, and integrations.

You will lead architecture workshops, engage senior stakeholders, and differentiate Arctera technically while mitigating risks and guiding post-sale handoffs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise technology with architecture or pre-sales leadership.
• Experience guiding complex global B2B SaaS sales cycles and net-new deals.
• Strong know-how in modern SaaS, cloud and hybrid architectures with integrations.
• Desireable experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise data environments.
• Understanding of information governance, archiving, eDiscovery, data protection.
• Familiarity with Compliance, FinTech, RegTech, and regulated industries.
• Ability to translate architectures into business outcomes and value.
• Knowledge of AI applications for enterprise data, governance, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Own technical strategy and win for strategic Net New opportunities across regions.
• Lead architecture workshops, technical deep dives, and executive discussions.
• Partner with Account Executives to align technical strategies with commercial goals.
• Identify risks early and craft mitigation during the sales process.
• Provide technical leadership and enablement to Solutions Specialists.
• Support partner-led opportunities with technical positioning and architecture.
