Job summary

ElevenLabs is expanding globally and seeks a Proposal Manager to own strategic pursuits in your region from qualification through submission. You will coordinate input across sales, engineering, legal, and security, shaping the response strategy and driving on-time, high-quality submissions.

You’ll work with an AI-first system to automate the mechanical work while applying judgment to positioning, differentiation, and quality. Experience with complex enterprise bids is essential.

Qualifications

• Track record managing complex enterprise RFPs or bid responses end-to-end.
• Fluent in leveraging AI/automation to improve processes and outputs.
• Exceptional writing and editing of technical and commercial inputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional proposals capacity as pursuit volume grows across markets.
• Coordinate input across sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security.
• Shape response strategy, ensure compliant, persuasive submissions.
• Drive cycles using AI-first system; automate drafting, checks, and content retrieval.
