Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience leading and writing technical proposals within the Federal IT market.
• Management experience in leading a small team.
• Strong knowledge of the Shipley proposal methodology.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience in developing technical volumes and past performance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end federal proposal development process.
• Serve as the day-to-day leader of the proposal team.
• Analyze RFPs and develop competitive proposal strategies.
• Write, edit, and refine technical and management volumes.
• Collaborate closely with technical SMEs and leadership.
