Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support client success initiatives. You will onboard clients, demonstrate Gartner service value, and drive engagement across product suites.

You will work with a range of client stakeholders to align resources with business priorities and maximize ROI on Gartner memberships. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions, monitor satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth while supporting a diverse client base in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 6+ months relevant professional or internship experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
• Onboarding client success, driving engagement and value realization with Gartner services.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and prove the value of Gartner services.
• Surface client priorities and map Gartner resources to client goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver service and drive outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to expand usage, measure engagement, and drive renewal and growth.
• Partner with clients from C-level to individual contributors to ensure success with their Gartner subscription.
