Aon is seeking an Enterprise Client Leader to oversee relationships for our most strategic clients across geographies and solution lines. You will lead a client team, invest time with senior decision-makers, and ensure one firm delivery.

Reporting to the Regional Head of Enterprise Clients, you will align internal resources, manage client planning sessions, and drive retention and accelerated growth across markets.

Qualifications

• 15 years industry, consulting, relevant experience with complex, global client management
• Access Aon resources for content and solution delivery by industry
• Executive-level relationship building across multiple buying centers
• Connect client strategy to all Aon capabilities
• Ability to identify needs and articulate problems to be solved
• Strong financial acumen for discussing client finances and strategy
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams
• Lead cross-functional client projects and planning sessions

Responsabilités

• Drives business results for at least five enterprise clients across solution lines and geographies.
• Aligns resources to execute Client Value Creation Model and strategy.
• Engages senior decision-makers and ensures regular check-ins and planning sessions.
• Models partnership, collaboration, integrity, humility and respect with clients.
• Communicates effectively to elevate client success and team performance.
