Job summary

Magis Capital Partners LLC is seeking an Account Lead to own the client relationship lifecycle from discovery to launch and ongoing support. You will translate business needs into technical requirements and partner with development teams to drive successful implementations.

This role requires managing multiple engagements, prioritizing effectively, and maintaining strong client relationships while protecting company margins and risk. Periodic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in investment operations, project management, client implementation and/or business analysis preferred.
• PM certification (PMP) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full client relationship lifecycle from discovery through launch and support.
• Translate client needs into technical requirements for internal teams.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Escalate issues early to stakeholders when timelines or scope are at risk.
• Coordinate testing, launch readiness, and post-launch support.
