Job summary

Aon plc is seeking an Enterprise Client Leader to oversee relationships for our most strategic clients across geographies and solution lines. The role reports to the Regional Head of Enterprise Clients and focuses on retention, growth, and deep client knowledge.

The leader will coordinate with Industry leaders, Marketing, and Growth Operations to deliver one firm to clients, while engaging senior decision-makers and key partners.

Qualifications

• 15 years of industry/consulting experience with global client management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Holds all regulatory licenses, permissions and requirements applicable under local legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a client team across geographies to deliver one firm to strategic clients.
• Regularly engage with senior decision-makers to understand business priorities.
• Align resources and partners to execute client value creation and strategy.
• Ensure excellent service delivery through cross-functional collaboration across geographies.
• Model partnership and inclusivity within the firm.
