Job summary

Aon is seeking an Enterprise Client Leader who will be responsible for guiding relationships with our most strategic clients across geographies and solution lines. You will lead a client team, align resources, and drive retention and growth by engaging senior decision-makers and stakeholders.

The role reports to the Regional Head of Enterprise Clients and requires deep industry knowledge, strong relationship capital, and proven consulting and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Industry IQ with deep knowledge of client industry and resources
• Ability to access and apply C-suite level content
• Experience in managing complex, global client programs

Responsibilities

• Drives business results for top enterprise clients across geographies and solution lines
• Leads client value creation by coordinating internal resources and partners
• Maintains regular contact with senior decision-makers and stakeholders
