Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an Enterprise Account Partner to own relationships with large, global accounts and drive adoption of Veeva Vault within Clinical, Regulatory and Drug Safety software. This highly visible role requires deep industry knowledge and the ability to partner with the largest customers worldwide.

You will work with cross-functional teams to align long-term growth plans, coordinate global communications, and access key decision-makers across drug development and IT.

Qualifications

• 8+ years combined experience across sales, account management and/or consulting services.
• 5+ years in account management serving global Life Sciences customers.
• Expertise in Clinical, Regulatory or Drug Safety technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for the Veeva team globally.
• Ensure all resources serving an account have clarity on the long-term plan.
• Plan and implement regular, global account communications.
• Cultivate C-suite relationships to drive strategic growth across drug development and IT.
