Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an Enterprise Account Partner to lead global relationships across large, strategic life sciences accounts. You will drive adoption and growth of Veeva Vault, coordinating with clinical, regulatory, and drug safety teams to deliver value.

The role emphasizes deep industry expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to travel as needed to onsite with customers. Flexible work arrangements are supported.

Qualifications

• 8+ years combined experience in sales, account management or consulting services.
• 5+ years focused on global Life Sciences account management.
• Expertise in Clinical, Regulatory or Drug Safety technologies.
• Proven track record cultivating C-suite relationships and closing multi-million contracts.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to articulate value to executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for the account globally.
• Plan and implement regular communications across regions and functions.
• Cultivate relationships to access key decision makers in drug development and IT.
• Partner with largest customers to develop long-term growth plans for Veeva Vault.
