Wolters Kluwer seeks a Global Account Manager to grow and manage its largest North America Tax and Accounting customers. You will lead 4-8 global accounts, shape sales strategies, and expand partnerships with senior executives. Remote work from the Eastern/Central US time zones is supported.

Responsibilities include developing account plans, delivering compelling proposals, and collaborating with product, marketing, and success teams to ensure value delivery and client retention.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of B2B sales or account management experience with enterprise software solutions.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax compliance, and accounting practices.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills; ability to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency in using data to drive decisions; familiarity with CRM systems and analytics.

Responsabilités

• Manage 4-8 global NA accounts and drive revenue growth for Tax & Accounting software and research products.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and account plans.
• Cultivate senior executive relationships and communicate progress with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to align messaging and features.
