Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Global Account Manager to maintain and grow Tax and Accounting’s largest North American customers. This remote role requires managing 4-8 key accounts, developing global sales strategies, and building senior-level partnerships across the firm.

You will lead negotiations, present ROI-driven proposals, and coordinate with marketing, product, and customer success to align solutions with client goals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of B2B sales or account management experience in a global market.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and revenue growth.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with executive stakeholders.
• Experience with Tax & Accounting software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage 4-8 large NA customers and expand partnerships.
• Maintain senior-level relationships with executives and decision-makers.
• Deliver compelling proposals and negotiate contracts with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success for alignment.
• Forecast pipeline and ensure compliance with Salesforce.
