Job summary

Kinaxis is seeking a Global Account Director to drive transformation for its largest enterprise customers. You will shape global account strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and influence executive stakeholders to deliver value.

The role requires 10+ years in global enterprise relationships, deep supply chain and SaaS expertise, and the ability to travel up to 20%. Remote work eligible for US/Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years managing Forbes Top 100 and global accounts.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate Kinaxis’ relationships with key global stakeholders.
• Develop and implement governance for global enterprise accounts.
• Lead cross-functional Kinaxis teams across Product Management, Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and integration partners.
• Partner with Sales and Renewals to create joint account plans and drive SQL generation.
• Influence Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and expansion opportunities.
• Oversee licenses, users, and scenarios to enhance account value.
• Act as liaison between Kinaxis and the customer’s executive leadership.
• Negotiate roadmap alignment with customers to meet strategic goals.
• Champion change management for seamless adoption and value realization.
• Define and track customer KPIs and business impact.
