Amazon Web Services, Inc. is expanding its Energy team and seeking a Technical Business Developer to own the global go-to-market for midstream and downstream energy use cases. You will bridge IT/OT, shape reference architectures, and work with operators to map their challenges to AWS solutions.

The role requires strong GTM, deal-making, and communication with VP-level leaders, plus a track record of delivering customer outcomes in the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of solving problems with technology in Energy & Utilities.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a global go-to-market strategy for midstream and downstream energy.
• Engage VP and C-level leaders, linking their challenges to AWS solutions.
• Create and deliver technical content like whitepapers and reference architectures.
• Co-develop solutions with partners, account teams, and system integrators.
• Coach account teams on energy positioning and mentor colleagues.
