Firetrace International, part of Halma plc, is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our global energy and emerging markets footprint from Austin, TX. You will identify opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and build a qualified pipeline across OEMs, utilities, developers, EPCs, integrators and asset owners.
You will communicate the technical and commercial value of Firetrace solutions, drive revenue growth, and coordinate cross-functional teams to move opportunities from
Formación
- 2+ years in business development, strategic sales, or related commercial roles.
- Experience in energy, industrial, clean technology, fire protection or mission-critical markets.
- Proven ability to build a pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue.
- Experience engaging OEMs, utilities, EPCs, developers, integrators, or distributors.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
Responsabilidades
- Open new accounts and cultivate strategic partnerships.
