Firetrace International, part of Halma plc, seeks a Business Development Manager to grow global energy and emerging markets. You will identify opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and convert a robust pipeline across OEMs, utilities, EPCs, distributors, and integrators. Travel will be required to advance opportunities and close deals.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, technical curiosity, and strong relationship management in a fast‑paced, market‑growth environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of successful business development or strategic sales in energy or related markets.
• Proven success developing new customers, markets or strategic partnerships.
• Ability to prospect, build a pipeline, navigate complex cycles, and convert to revenue.
• Experience engaging OEMs, utilities, EPCs, developers, integrators, or distributors.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management.

Responsabilidades

• Open new accounts, cultivate strategic partnerships and build a qualified pipeline.
• Expand adoption of Firetrace solutions across OEMs, utilities, developers, EPCs, and partners.
• Communicate value of safety, asset protection, and resilience to customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to move opportunities to close.
• Travel as required to engage customers and partners.
