Job summary

Oceanit is seeking a Business Development Lead in Energy & Industrial Technologies to drive growth and market adoption of our emerging technologies across energy and industrial sectors. This is a highly customer-facing role building relationships with operators, EPCs, contractors, and strategic partners.

Travel will be approximately 40–50% domestically and internationally, with focus on Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Qualifications

8–10+ years of business development or related experience in energy or industrial sectors.
Proven track record in developing new revenue and strategic partnerships.
Experience selling technical products or services to operators, asset owners, EPCs, or engineering firms.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenue and adoption of Oceanit technologies.
Build and maintain relationships with operators, asset owners, EPCs, engineering firms, contractors, and partners.
Identify, qualify, and develop new customers, applications, markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
Travel and spend time with customers to understand challenges and opportunities.
Represent Oceanit at meetings, industry events, and technical reviews.
Collaborate with scientists and engineers to support commercialization and deployments.
