Qualifications
- 10+ years in a metrics-driven services and solutions sales environment.
- Direct sales experience in Energy; Nuclear and Industrial preferred.
- Established network of C-suite, VP, and Director-level leaders in Energy.
- Proven ability to drive multimillion-dollar revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation skills with value creation for both client and company.
- Experience building complex technical proposals with cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in structuring deals, contracts, and MSAs.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across Energy accounts.
- Build and manage a pipeline of new and expanded opportunities.
- Oversee opportunity progression through a structured sales process and CRM.
- Lead development of technical and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate and close contracts and pricing agreements.
- Cultivate executive-level relationships to deepen partnerships.
