Nscale, a leader in AI infrastructure, seeks a Director of Revenue Enablement to elevate the GTM team through highly technical, consultative enablement strategies and scalable playbooks. You will build an industry-leading curriculum, mentor regional leads, and drive measurable improvements in time-to-first-deal and win rates.

You will interview engineers, shadow complex enterprise sales, and own the V1 playbooks, decks, and ROI tools, shaping enablement globally with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales/Revenue Enablement, Product Marketing, or as a highly technical, quota-carrying rep who transitioned into enablement and coaching.
• Deep-tech experience and curiosity in networking, GPU clusters, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven portfolio of structured enablement playbooks, bootcamps, or training modules.

Responsabilités

• V1 Playbook Creation: author core pitch narratives, battles cards, ROI calculators.
• Hands-On Onboarding Bootcamp: design and run onboarding bootcamp for new hires during 90-day ramp.
• Sales Teardowns & Deal Shadowing: shadow enterprise sales calls and provide actionable feedback.
• Continuous Education & Certification: design certification programs for product launches and run advanced workshops.
• Metrics & ROI Optimization: establish baseline metrics and iterate content based on data.
