Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in sales, technical, or GTM enablement at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
• 6+ years of leadership experience managing multiple teams globally
• Proven success scaling enablement for various field roles
• Experience transitioning a GTM organization from a single-product to a multi-product platform model
• Strong background in designing role-based certification programs and onboarding bootcamps
• Demonstrated application of AI in enablement processes
• Expertise in measuring enablement impact on productivity and revenue

• Set strategy for a unified global enablement organization across multiple teams
