• 8+ years in technology, automation, or AI roles
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving change
• Strong grasp of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and automation
• Expertise in designing AI-enabled business processes
• Ability to simplify complex technical capabilities into business value
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Proven record of achieving measurable business outcomes

• Define and execute the AI enablement strategy aligned with business goals
