Job summary

Abnormal Security Corp. in the United States is hiring a Senior Director, Global Enablement to lead a global team spanning field enablement, technical enablement, onboarding, certifications, and partner enablement.

You will build and own an AI-first enablement engine and programs designed to accelerate ramp times, drive multi-product selling, and align GTM with rapid product velocity while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and RevOps to maximize pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in sales, technical, or GTM enablement at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, with leadership of multiple managers/directors across a global org.
• Proven track record building and scaling enablement for multiple field roles (AEs, SDRs, SEs, Customer Success).
• Experience enabling a GTM org through a transition from single product to multi-product platform, with measurable impact on growth.
• Experience designing and running role-based certification programs and in-person onboarding bootcamps at scale.
• Experience building or scaling partner and channel enablement programs.
• Experience applying AI to enablement (AI role play, coaching, just-in-time learning) with balanced human coaching.

Responsibilities

• Make enablement a core growth driver for the company’s shift to the Behavioral AI platform.
• Lead a global, unified enablement organization spanning field, technical, customer success, and partner enablement.
• Build role-based programs and certifications for every field role (AEs, SDRs, SEs, CS, PS, sales leaders, channel partners).
• Own in-person onboarding bootcamps and regional field enablement events.
• Lead technical enablement to ensure product literacy and platform cohesion across GTM teams.
• Develop scalable partner and channel enablement programs with onboarding and certifications.
