Job summary

Continental General is seeking a Head of Learning and Enablement to own the full lifecycle of training—from design and development to delivery—and to architect the ecosystem that makes learning scalable across the organization.

This greenfield role requires partnering with SMEs and leaders to align training with strategy, drive AI adoption and change enablement, and establish governance, measurement, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in insurance/financial services with exposure to Life/Annuities/Long-Term Care.
• Experience delivering enterprise training and enablement solutions.
• Strong systems thinking for scalable frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning initiatives across content, delivery, and governance.
• Design scalable training ecosystems and enablement programs.
• Coordinate with SMEs and leadership to align with strategic priorities.
• Ensure knowledge management and change enablement across the org.
