CDW is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Enablement to translate the AI First strategy into practical, scalable enablement across the organization. The role partners with leaders across functions to activate enablement plans, tracks progress, and keeps channels open for feedback to adapt the approach.

The candidate brings disciplined program management, credibility with leaders, and a track record of rolling work out at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, human resources, or related field with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience delivering cross-functional programs at enterprise scale, influencing without direct authority.
• Experience driving AI enablement and adoption at scale is valued.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm for coworker AI enablement, including plan, milestones, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Maintain enablement roadmap with leadership, flag risks, and adapt to evolving technology and business needs.
• Represent coworker enablement in enterprise AI governance forums and translate decisions into the plan.
• Partner with leaders across functions to activate enablement plans and measure progress.
• Build an external network and bring best practices into CDW’s AI enablement approach.
• Track adoption and impact with dashboards and data, adjusting the plan as needed.
