Job summary

CDW is seeking a Sr Manager, AI Enablement to turn the AI First strategy into practical enablement across the organization. You will partner with leaders to activate enablement plans, track progress, and ensure guidance adapts to workers' experiences.

The role requires disciplined program management, credibility with senior leaders, and an active external network. You will work with Legal, Risk, IT, and Learning to translate responsible AI into day-to-day guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, change management, transformation, technology adoption, or capability building.
• Experience delivering cross-functional programs in a large, matrixed organization.
• Experience delivering at enterprise scale across regions.
• Active networker with external relationships and experience applying AI in work.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills for senior leaders and executives.
• Ability to operate in gray areas and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Enterprise AI Enablement Program.
• Maintain the enablement roadmap with leaders, flag risks and refresh it as tech and business evolve.
• Represent coworker enablement in governance forums and carry decisions back into the plan.
• Build and activate enablement plans across functions and regions, meeting each organization where it is.
• Translate responsible AI policy into practical day-to-day guidance on AI use at CDW.
• Grow the AI Champion network and maintain external partnerships to bring best practices.
