Job summary

UKG is seeking an Employee Relations Partner, Transformation & Employment Practices to support a fair, compliant workplace across jurisdictions. The role provides guidance on policy interpretation, employment compliance, and risk mitigation.

The partner collaborates with Legal, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to govern policies, lead workforce transformation initiatives, and ensure consistent employment standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR, employment practices, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting policy development, interpretation, and compliance activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support development and interpretation of global and regional employment policies; ensure legal compliance.
• Monitor changes in employment laws; assess impact on policies and processes.
• Assist with State and Federal Reporting as needed.
• Support reviews and audits for compliance, including SOX and ISO where applicable.
• Assist COI governance activities with legal and business stakeholders.
• Assist with background check adjudications, risk assessment, and hiring standards.
• Participate in workforce transformation initiatives, including due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
• Draft and review employment-related agreements, notices, and communications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on employee matters and process improvements.
