Job summary

UKG is seeking an Employee Relations Partner, Transformation & Employment Practices to support a fair, compliant workplace across multiple jurisdictions. You will advise on policy interpretation, compliance, organizational change, and risk mitigation while partnering with Legal, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams.

You will help develop and interpret policies, monitor laws, and support audits and COI governance, ensuring consistent employment standards across the organization and across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR, employment practices, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting policy development, policy interpretation, employee relations matters, and employment compliance activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to assess risk and exercise sound judgment.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, review, maintenance, and interpretation of global and regional employment-related policies and practices; partner with Legal and other stakeholders to help ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor changes in employment laws and regulations and assist in assessing potential impacts on policies, practices, and employment processes.
• Assist with State and Federal Reporting as needed.
• Support employment practice reviews and audits, identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and assist with SOX, ISO, and other compliance audits as needed.
• Support Conflict of Interest (COI) governance activities, including reviewing disclosures, maintaining documentation, tracking approvals, and partnering with Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders as needed.
• Assist with background check adjudications, partnering with Talent Acquisition, respective stakeholders to review findings, assess risk, and ensure consistent application of hiring standards and company policy.
