Job summary

UKG is seeking an Employee Relations Partner, Transformation & Employment Practices to help ensure a fair, legally compliant workplace across jurisdictions. You will advise on policy interpretation, employment compliance, organizational change, and risk mitigation while partnering with Legal, HRBPs, and ER teams.

You will support policy development, monitor employment law changes, assist audits, COI governance, background checks, and due diligence for workforce transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in employee relations, HR, or employment practices.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting policy development, policy interpretation, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development, review, and interpretation of global and regional policies; ensure legal compliance.
• Monitor changes in employment laws and assess impacts on policies and processes.
• Assist with State and Federal reporting as needed.
• Support audits and risk assessments, and assist with compliance audits.
• Assist with COI governance, including disclosures and approvals.
• Review background checks with Talent Acquisition to ensure policy consistency.
• Participate in workforce transformation initiatives and due diligence.
• Draft and review employment-related agreements, notices, and communications.
• Collaborate with ER, Legal, and HRBPs on employee matters and process improvements.
• Deliver training related to employment policies and compliance.
