Job summary

UKG is seeking an Employee Relations Partner, Transformation & Employment Practices to advise on policy interpretation, compliance, and workforce transformation across multiple jurisdictions.

The role collaborates with Legal, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to drive policy development, risk mitigation, and governance of employment standards. A strong background in employment law and HR practices is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee relations, human resources, employment practices, employment law, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting policy development, policy interpretation, employee relations matters, and employment compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, interpret, and ensure compliance of global employment policies and practices; partner with Legal and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor changes in employment laws and assess potential policy impacts and processes.
• Assist with State and Federal reporting as needed.
• Support employment practice reviews, audits, SOX/ISO compliance activities, and COI governance.
• Assist with background check adjudications and hiring standards.
• Support workforce transformation initiatives, including due diligence during mergers and acquisitions.
• Draft, review, and implement employment-related agreements, notices, and communications.
• Collaborate with ER, HRBPs, Legal, and business leaders on employee matters, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Support PEP and cross-functional projects and process improvements.
