Job summary

UKG is seeking an Employee Relations Partner within the Transformation & Employment Practices team. You will advise on policy interpretation, employment compliance, and risk, supporting a fair workplace across multiple jurisdictions.

You will collaborate with Legal, HRBPs, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop governance, workforce transformation initiatives, and consistent application of employment standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting policy development, interpretation, and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Support governance and interpretation of global and regional employment-related policies.
• Monitor changes in employment laws and assess policy impacts.
• Assist with background checks, due diligence, and hiring standards alignment.
• Draft and support employment-related agreements, notices, and communications.
• Collaborate with Legal, HRBPs, and business leaders on employee matters.
