Job summary

UKG is seeking an Employee Relations Partner within the Transformation & Employment Practices team. You will advise on policy interpretation, employment compliance, and organizational change, partnering with Legal, HRBPs, and stakeholders to ensure consistent handling across jurisdictions.

The role emphasizes risk mitigation, governance of COI and employment practices, and collaboration on due diligence during workforce transformations. A strong background in HR law and policy is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in employee relations or HR related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting policy development and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and interpret global and regional employment policies.
• Monitor changes in employment law and assess policy impact.
• Support state and federal reporting and audits as needed.
• Manage COI governance reviews and documentation.
• Assist with background check adjudications and due diligence.
• Support workforce transformation initiatives and M&A activities.
• Draft and review employment-related agreements and notices.
• Collaborate with Legal, HRBPs and business leaders on employee matters.
• Deliver training on employment policies and compliance.
• Identify process improvements within Employee Relations.
